A gentle 3-minute reset for today


Hey Reader,

If this week already feels like there is so much going on and it is more than you expected, pause with me for a moment.

You don’t need a new plan.
You don’t need more motivation.
You don’t need to “catch up.”

You just need a small reset.

Here’s a simple 3-minute check-in you can do anytime today:

• Take one slow breath and name what’s draining your energy
• Name one thing that is working (even if it’s small)
• Choose one gentle action that would make today feel better and more productive

Then do that action.

That’s it.

January doesn’t need to be perfect to be meaningful. Progress still counts when it’s quiet, slow, and imperfect. And gentle.

If you’ve felt behind, distracted, or off-rhythm, you’re not doing it wrong. You are growing and that’s part of the improving.

Do this one calm step today and be sure to look out for a new email from me next Wednesday morning. These emails will help us get through the month calmly with intention.
